Expansion processes optimisation and team training: Define the expansion process and create guides for the team to follow, making the process homogeneous among the different regions. Identify lessons learned and make the different cross-functional teams work smoothly, defining the most appropriate communication channels and delivering the required training. “New market” projects: Ensure that all the right steps are taken in order to open a new country and coordinate all the efforts of the various teams involved: expansion (team on the ground), legal, compliance, tax, finances, product, IT, operations, in order to launch the new market and build a full-solution payment services platform for tier 1 merchants like: Amazon, Uber, Nike, Booking, etc. This also requires the coordination with external teams such as: law and accounting firms, banks, regulators and technological partners. Prioritisation: Define what solution will be developed during each Product & IT sprints, based on capacity, merchants needs and compliance restrictions in each region. This is one of the critical areas due to the speed of the business and the requirements from the clients (i.e., make available new payment methods in developing countries where regulations are difficult in a very tight timeline).

This project included leading a cross-functional team in order to Design pricing strategy, Define and Supervise the Inbound marketing strategy, Develop a new e-commerce platform, and Plan Events and Trainings.Business model innovation: The Personal Finances Coaching division lead into a new FinTech start up (Formación en Criptomonedas - FeC). Lead the creation of the new company.Go to market and growth strategy: Developed and executed a plan for launching operations in Spain. This 12 months project included: Adapting & translating products and services, Events planning, Suppliers selection and negotiation, Marketing budget allocation, Comercial strategy, Recruiting, Payroll and Team coordination and training. Results: More than 400 new clients in the 1st year (25.000+ leads and 5.000+ attendees). Additionally supported the first steps to enter the Mexican market.
