Stepping into the role of Team Lead, I've taken on a variety of responsibilities. Leading Scrum rituals, ensuring sprints are completed, guiding team members on their career paths, and shaping our technical plan following Platform Architecture. When time allows, I stay involved in feature development, improvements, and bug fixes. As well as actively involved in defining and executing OKRs, ensuring our team is aligned with our business vision for the future.

As an Acting Team Lead of Q4 Desktop, my area of responsibility covers Scrum rituals, sprint completion, assisting with roadmap breakdown into deliverables, technical mentoring of team members as well as still acting as part of the development force creating new features, improvements, and, of course, bug fixes.
