I am a self-taught and dynamic professional with more than thirteen years of experience in IT areas, ten of those in managing teams in the Development/Testing/Maintenance/Operation of systems in areas such as Business intelligence, Reporting, ETL, BRMS, CRM, BPM, Integration and Payment systems. My major concerns regarding management is to create and maintain a great team spirit which allows to have everyone’s commitment and dedication, also my goal is always to have high standards of customer service. In my career I’ve also managed infrastructure, software and outsourcing suppliers. I consider myself a person with depth skills in technologies and horizontal skills in areas such as telecommunications, health, public administration, pharmacy, banking/payments and consulting.I believe I will add value to any company or business that has interest in innovation or wants to evolve their development processes. My professional growth has been funded and built by overcoming the challenges I’ve been put through. I’ve been involved in companies changing programs such as CMMI and Function Points implementation.My duties as area manager have given me also the capability to manage scope / team / project / release / scope / risk / conflict / supplier / customer.
