Technical Account Manager
Current-Manage client accounts from a Technical standpoint to ensure network environment remains current and up to date in status.-Work closely with client managers to review and discuss Technical Business and Project planning.-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on specific client needs.• Consistently troubleshooting and resolving issues within network infrastructure on multiple levels. •Provide technical service and solutions for dozens of clients in a variety of vertical markets.Specialties: Client Relationships, Solution Driven, IT Management , Sales Consulting
