Responsible for the oversight of merchandise and retail operation for the St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre. This includes scheduling, coordinating, and other job duties necessary to keep the business functioning, while maintaining margin and generating revenue. Overview of responsibilities - Vendor management. This includes obtaining basic information such as W9's, Insurance, and other pertaining documents to ensure they are setup in our internal system.- Event and Artist Tour management. This responsibility requires me to coordinate all the necessary information from different tours to ensure the event runs smoothly, with the most revenue generated possible. - Employee management. In my current role I have roughly thirty (30) employees who report directly to me. I am responsible for the scheduling (MyStaff) and other duties required to ensure day to day business runs as it should. - Warehouse and Inventory control.- Maintaining our current online e platform and ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.During my time here with Rank & Rally I have overseen and been directly involved with the merchandise sales for a Winter Classic, NHL All-Star festivities, NBA conference finals, and a record setting Stanley Cup Championship in regards to sold merchandise. I have also overseen some of the worlds largest grossing tours from a merchandising standpoint, such as Harry Styles, Justin Bieber, and many others.
