I have a few years of experience in management; I have also worked in jobs that can get really busy and am able to keep up with the demand. I loved working in lower management because I enjoyed having the extra responsibilities. As a manager I learned a lot of key skills for my future such as how to manager people and also time. My time management improved a lot due to at first i felt as if there was no way to complete all of my tasks in one shift or even day. After a few weeks what i was finding hard to accomplish suddenly became a lot more feasible. I am attending the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and will graduate in 5 years. This is because I swapped my major after my second year. I graduated high school with a 4.0 gpa and hope to graduate college with a 3.0 gpa.
