- Taking ownership of the customer’s mortgage queries and tailoring solutions to their needs.- Aiming to identify resolve complaints at first point of contact and escalating where necessary.- Identifying customers in vulnerable situations and finding the best way to support them.- Keeping customer records up to date and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the mortgage product range
