Mitigated risk to my department by implementing a hybrid remote work policy to protect personnel from contracting or spreading COVID-19 without loss of productivity. Advised executive leadership on sensitive plans and integrated with interagency to advanced programs.● Established, operationalized, and synchronized the command’s first sensitive activities framework into the organization’s operational design and codified multiple planning efforts based on 4-star leader objectives in support of the US Military campaign objectives.● Appointed to serve as the focal point in the Korean Theater for sensitive special operations integration. Established a special operations community of interest to build relationships, foster collaboration, synchronization, and manage information flow across DOD, interagency, and US Special Operations Command.

As SOF Captain Career Course Director, I developed and implemented an exchange program between Special Operations and the Maneuver Center to establish interoperability and build relationships.
