I am a Cloud Systems Administrator at LINQ, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions empowering the business of K‑12. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification. I have a strong background in Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, help desk support, and PowerShell scripting.In my current role, I co-piloted the rollout of Microsoft Intune to over 200 employees' Windows and Mac OS devices remotely, developed custom PowerShell scripts to automate the deployment of VPN configuration files, performed Point in Time database restorations for hosted customers in compliance with per-established service level agreements, and established SAML SSO connections to multiple Enterprise Applications in Azure. I also leveraged Power Automate to streamline business processes and provide level II support to a remote workforce. I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
