Thanks for viewing my profile… Here’s a bit about me (if you’re interested)…I set up Mission Diverse having noticed there weren't many people that looked like me in entrepreneurship or in the workplace. Even though I have spent years speaking to, and meeting with many highly qualified, capable, and driven men and women from diverse and underrepresented communities. I launched Mission Diverse, an organisation that supports companies and institutions in creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces and spaces through training, consulting, and auditing. We provide corporate training on diversity, inclusion, race, gender, microaggressions, unconscious bias and intersectionality in the workplace for employers and employees. We use the revenue we generate from our training, consulting, and auditing services to support people of colour, women and young people from deprived communities start their own business or enter the workplace.My goal is to level the playing field so people from underrepresented communities get access to education, training, support, and mentoring. Whilst supporting companies to proactively embed diverse and inclusive workplace cultures, career development options, policies, and procedures.
