I worked as a direct report to executives, designing and gathering requirements for the BookIt.com online product. I managed 3 Business Analysts and 16 software developers who focused on new system features and maintenance.

It was great to work and lead a group of 16 talented Web Developers. I worked with them on project requirements, the web development processes and growth in the technology department at BookIt.com.

Worked as a Senior SWE focusing primarily on UI/UX. Worked with the business and backend software engineers in prototyping new features. Was responsible for all UI/UX implementation.

In this web design firm, at various times I assumed the role of Sales, Marketing Director, Project Manager, and Web Designer for the company. I also assisted in the decision making of company policies, investments, goals and planning for the future. I am proud to have won various Gold and Silver awards from The American Advertising Awards for my graphic and web design.
