With over 14 years of experience in global staffing, learning solutions, customer success, and strategic operations, I am a senior business leader who thrives on building great leaders and teams. Currently, I am the Director of Strategic Sales Operations at Instinctive Drives, a company that helps leaders and organizations leverage their unique operating styles to drive innovation and change.In this role, I consult with leaders who genuinely care about getting the best out of themselves and everyone around them, and enable them to use the insights from the I.D. system to develop future leaders, align and accelerate their priorities, and transform their customers' experience. I also oversee the candidate experience, background investigations, and onboarding for all external and internal requisitions, ensuring hiring is inclusive and in alignment with core values. Some of my key achievements include transforming the candidate experience and hiring and onboarding model to respond to COVID-19, enabling remote hiring and onboarding, and leading a global team of 8 managers and 175 recruiting professionals in managing 150,000 interviews, 6,000 offers, and 5,000 new-hire onboardings per year across all global locations.
