Clint is a Human Resources professional with expertise in diversity, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. Clint is a graduate of Transylvania University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History. Clint received his Master of Arts in History from the University of Kentucky, where he studied 20th Century American and Kentucky History with an emphasis on historically underrepresented communities and cultures: ranging from Lexington's vibrant African American merchant class of the 1930s to the rural communities of West Kentucky and Appalachia. During his time in Human Resources, Clint has focused on developing innovative approaches to raising diversity awareness and appreciation, developing dynamic and impactful approaches to employee training, and creating more accurate and useful EEO reporting structures. In December, 2012, Clint was appointed to the Kentucky State Martin Luther King Jr. Commission by Governor Steve Beshear for a term ending in 2016. In April 2022, Clint was appointed by Governor Andy Beshear to the Governor’s Postsecondary Education Nominating Committee (PENC) for a term ending in 2028. Clint has served as Chair of the PENC since 2023. Outside of work, Clint spends his time serving in leadership positions with local and statewide civic and young professional organizations, is an avid news junkie, porch time enthusiast and is a self-styled “aspiring foodie."
