GigabitNow is a division of IsoFusion that provides residential and commercial internet services over fiber networks (eg. FTTH, FTTP, FTTB). I currently manage 18 projects in 7 states.I work with small cities, counties, townships, villages, and owner associations (homes, condo, etc) to develop strategic and tactical plans to design, build, and operate fiber networks in underserved communities across the Unites States.

Primary Duties:• Supervise personnel: work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance• Interface with Field Service Techs and external vendors • Write processes and training based on statistics, staffing, forecast, and performance• Monthly reporting on staffing, budgeting, maintenance, outages, and bandwidth utilization• Manage inventory levels and vendor contracts for purchase agreements• Project Management: oversee, track, and report the progress and quality of work being performed by construction coordinators and sub-contractors on new network build-outs• Oversee performance of preventative maintenance contracts (H-VAC, UPS, Servers, Switches), as well as emergency maintenance contracts (on-call scheduling, vendor dispatch)• Manage maintenance schedules for datacenter equipment (servers/switches, air conditioning, UPS/battery backup, optics)• Supervise, coordinate and perform tasks associated with the engineering, installation, preventive and maintenance activities related to all Internet systems, data center equipment, wireless and fiber optic transmission facilities Additional Duties:• Provide company-wide Help Desk/IT support• Systems Administration (DNS, Email, Hosting, Radius, Provisioning, etc.)• Internal IT Admin
