Responsible for the migration of the business lending products to Bank of Ireland in the transition of the sale of the lending book. Ensuring the book was "clean" and all due diligence was complete for in excess of 400 accounts. The role was performed in parallel with my Business Banking Products Manager role resulting in reporting to two separate functions. •Key team member of the Migration Project transferring lending products to another entity through identification of project deadlines, KPI's and the early detection of risk factors. •Actively designed, supported and delivered customer journeys, end-to-end internal processes, customer impact assessments, data protection impact assessments and customer correspondence. Resulting in 100% customer satisfaction and a streamline of operations.•Subject matter expert on products in preparation of the migration, which involved data validation, input, review and approval of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), system testing, training and document retrieval. Resulting in a successful migration and meeting the required deadline. •Actively responded to queries/ requests from Bank of Ireland through effective stakeholder engagement, resulting in the delivery of all requests, adherence to deadlines and the delivery of the project.

Responsible for the ownership and management of SME Business products from end-end. Provided valuable support to Director and Head of Department for Business Lending. Collaborated with Keystakeholders to lead the customer proposition and initiatives. Monitored the ongoing performance of business and developed insights to assist performance and influence strategic direction. • Supported the Head of Department to develop the strategy and continued roll out of products. • Successful implementation of the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI) Future Growth Loan Scheme (FGLS) securing €50m for business lending to SME's with an additional €30m negotiated and secured thereafter. • Key point of contact for a wide array of Stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Director and Head of Department in development of strategy by carrying out SME research, competitor analysis and pricing analysis. • Devised and implemented strategy to address the impact of Covid-19 on customers. Preparation to apply payment breaks where required, system testing, review and approving correspondence, working with internal stakeholders to ensure customer was facilitated while still meeting objectives and targets. • Prepared and presented proposals to Senior Management, Directors and Executive Committees on pricing, strategy and ultimately the stop sale and wind down of lending products and termination of 3rd party contracts. • Responsible for the reconciliation of General ledger (GLs) for the department which involved working closely with the Finance Department while also providing monthly analysis and reporting across all product lines against APC.• Managed the business banking website including content, reviews, and working with the Marketing Department to develop and execute effective campaigns.
