Hr Analyst
Current• Lead L&D team at T-Systems do Brasil and provide global support and exchange for sharing and developing local talent retention strategies;• Design engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, delivering digital onboarding programs (Appical) and local events to ensure seamless integration and cultural alignment;• Develop impactful training (both internal and external) strategies to foster employee and leadership development;• Collaborate with business areas to address education and development needs;• Create and manage communication strategy to promote key training initiatives;• Maintain HR training policies/ procedures and ensure budget compliance;• Analyze training data to drive results and learning effectiveness;• Drive performance review program, supporting and guiding teams and leaders on Performance Management (SAP SuccessFactors) and Skill Management;• Conduct employee surveys (Qualtrics), leveraging these tools to drive organizational training and development initiatives, and providing valuable insights to support continuous improvement and organizational success;• Lead projects and implementation of performance evaluation tools, besides new technologies for L&D, Onboarding, Performance and Skill Management and Culture;• Collaborate with the Global Community to share best practices and align training and other HR initiatives with company objectives;• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing our culture and inspiring learning and growth.🏅 Recognitions: Learning Hero Brazil 2024 & Global Learning Hero 2024.
