Responsible for damaged and broken packages and products shipped through the company, taking the time to report to customers what went wrong and what happened to their shipment, including large shippers like Walmart. Created measures to ensure repeat problems did not occur by analyzing every situation. Was trained in every aspect of the job field within a year, including working with hazardous materials and our most valuable items. Gained various awards for above and beyond work.

Volunteer work year round as part of the off season security and report team. Handles cases and incidents that may have happened during event and was not reported during time of, or events that happened offsite between fellow attendees. Gather information and present the case to the owners and head of security for review on status to ban attendees from future events or go about a different route.

Volunteers during the on season for the event as a team lead of the Check In department. Continuing making sure waivers are read, understood, and filled out. All legal papers are correct, and experience is smooth and easy. All while training new volunteers and working with any special cases that may arise during the process to get everyone safely into the event.
