Working in an ever changing business environment has kept me open to new possibilities as well as kept my problem solving skills sharp. It is my belief that in order for to be successful in this current environment one must do more than just the minimum for a customer. One must anticipate problems on the horizon and be versed enough to bring up the questions a customer may not think to ask and to this end one must not only be technically able but must also have the ability to just talk to a customer and put them at ease.
