Provide leadership to staff across cancer survivorship and oncology research departments, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy and procedure development.Created cancer survivorship clinical program with patient navigation, led to 50% reduction in ER use among patient population, reduced utilization by 40% while improving contribution margin.Develop and implement data and financial control systems, program metrics, outcome measures. Research and implement a screening for substance abuse and mental health issues among clients. Develop training on use of the screening and provided to front line staff. Analyze cost and utilization data for trend analysis, services planning, and outcome measure review. Provide technical assistance to subcontractors for developing outcome measures and incorporating in a quality improvement program.

Register patients for emergency services; create patient record with demographic and billing information. Accept payments for service and research billing and payment problems. Assist clinical staff with non-medical needs.
