Member Driven Technologies ("MDT") is a information technology service organization for credit unions. MDT hosts over 75 credit unions from 27 states in multiple dedicated company owned and managed data centers utilizing the Jack Henry Symitar Episys core software platform. MDT currently has over 140 full time employees in five locations and is processing for over 1.8 million credit union members representing $17.5 billion in assets. I am responsible for MDT's corporate financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, multi-state tax strategy, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and renewals, strategic partnerships, vendor management, facility management, and cost and profitability analysis. Other functions that my department is responsible for include managing MDT's wholesale computer hardware and data communications business as well as managing corporate facility and data center real estate, construction, and growth projects.

Commercial Real Estate firm that concentrates on small to medium sized business clients with facilites located in Southeast Michigan. Tri-State handles all types of commercial real estate including retail, industrial, office, and land.

Corporate Financial Consultant. My main responsibility was to direct consulting team staff in constructing cash flow based business valuation models for corporate clients. The valuations were utilized for corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, litigation, purchase price allocations, and shareholder disputes.

Led audit teams to conduct compliance and financial audits of commodity firms.
