GSOC Analyst by day, enthusiastic geek by night. I started as an IT Infrastructure Analyst I at Wineshipping.com. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to wear a lot of hats, some of which include managing Endpoint Security, managing users, and objects in Active Directory, taking tickets to resolve a broad range of workstation issues, and also technical writing for comprehensive guides on ambiguous procedures, and complex applications.Since then I was a GSOC Analyst and I'm very excited to see how this role will fit into my life moving forward. Combining the skills I learned there back into desktop and applications support.I’m also pursuing a Blue Team Level 1 certification along with a SySA+ following that. I’m always moving and always looking for opportunities to wear different hats. Those are the things that make me dynamic in the workforce. I believe that I can help change the way success looks like, and together I think we can redefine it.Becoming a GSOC Analyst has been quite rewarding and a great opportunity for me to wear a helping hat. I do find it quite enjoyable helping people and in this role there is lots of that. Now I'm wearing not only a helping hat but a LOT of hats as well in Service Desk. We assist with a wide array of issues, and I do not have a chance to ever get bored here. AssetMark has been a fantastic opportunity and I'm incredibly grateful they hired me and gave me a chance to prove myself.
