I manage the design and development of learning curriculums, and partner with clients to make sure that our team delivers excellent adult learning both on-time and within budget.

My job at BLP is comprised of quite a few different roles. Here's some of the main roles I play in the company. Role #1: Graphic Designer. I create infographics, user interfaces, illustrations, and conduct photo shoots for a variety of global organizations. I've worked as the lead designer on many curriculum design and development projects to create a cohesive style across all materials from online learning, to instructor-led training, to printed materials. I work with the rest of the project team to create an immersive environment for the training. Role #2: Project Manager. I manage multiple curriculum projects and courses. I work with the project managers on the client side to see the project through. I manage the internal team, including timeline development, status calls, testing and QA of courses, and more.Role #3: Programmer. I use eLearning authoring tools like Lectora to create online training courses and assessments. Role #4: Writer. I work with clients to turn their raw content into engaging courses. I conduct content gathering meetings, scenario building workshops, and work with subject matter experts to turn their jargon-y specifics into digestible content for the average employee.

I worked with other section editors and the Editor-in-Chief to come up with ways to tell stories, or pieces of stories, in a visual way. I managed the graphics reporters in assigning graphics, reviewing, and providing feedback and edits.
