With over 28 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a passionate and skilled corporate chef, chef instructor, director, and partner who strives to create memorable and delicious food experiences for diverse audiences. My mission is to create delicious, popular and profitable food as we as educate, inspire, and empower the next generation of culinary professionals.
