I led design for Netflix Platform Social experiences, with a primary focus on mobile apps, and secondary focus on on-screen and web experiences. Worked with research and CI to outline the opportunity and problem space, then defined the product design vision and strategy for the future of social in Netflix Games. Worked with platform teams to design and integrate new features, UX patterns and UI into existing product. Helped establish new working practices, upholding design culture, the UCD process and leading creative vision for the organization.

Design Lead for Fortnite Creator Ecosystem, designing systems on web, in game and on desktop applications supporting UGC Creators within Fortnite. Built Vision and Strategy for the Creator Portal project. Led a small design team, with a mix of managerial, strategic and hands-on UX/UI work.

Design Lead for Battle.net platform and products. Managed a large full-stackdesign team, including Research, Analytics, UX, UI and Visual designers.Championed Design in a Product-led structure, upholding design culture, theUCD process and leading creative vision for the organization. Drove UX and UIdesign and strategy for all Battle.net initiatives, including the desktop client, socialsystems, shop redesign, mobile app, and Blizzard accounts redesign.

Design Director for Codemasters for the Racenet and Web teams. Responsible for game platform and client, delivery of digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns and other engagement content. Led a team of 12, including UI designers, UX designers, PMs and engineers. Developed and maintained platform features, marketing and community websites, ECRM projects, web and mobile applications and more.

Art director for the Racenet online service

Responsible for building the Web & Marketing creative teams from the ground up, leading a multi-disciplinary team of 8 designers, illustrators and motion artists. Responsibilities included hands-on visual, UI and UX design across all of Jagex’s brands. Projects included websites, marketing initiatives and in-client work as well as art direction and team management.
