Over his 15 year career in the sports and fitness industry Frank Dolan has transitioned from health club manager to a professional coach and speaker in the area of sports performance. In 2010, Frank founded a sports performance training center in Islip, NY to provide him greater focus on his passion of training high level athletes. He also speaks across the nation for Equinox Fitness Clubs and the Functional Movement Systems education expansion program. Most recently, Frank became an adjunct professor at Suffolk Community College as well as Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Bay Shore High School, NY.
