In the late 1970s starting in the blue-collar wire extrusion mills of Worcester MA, Mike learned the intricacies of the manufacturing process. He experienced what were the most effective ways to manufacture a quality product in a timely fashion and accomplish it with consistency.In 1980 Mike transitioned to the high-tech world of Semi-conductors and Personal Computers. Beginning at an entry level manufacturing position he enjoyed a ten-year journey in route to becoming Business Manufacturing Manager of 3 front-end Semi-Conductor Fabrication businesses within the company. This experience allowed Mike to fully understand the dynamics of different work groups existing inside a company and how to blend them into one cohesive organization that accomplished results far exceeding company goals and expectations. In 1990 Mike left the manufacturing world to tackle a completely different opportunity. Forging out on his own he worked hand and hand for a decade with the World’s Foremost Authority in the field of Human Development, Anthony Robbins, as his exclusive New England franchise. Mike provided training in the areas of Sales and Influence,Teambuilding, Leadership, and Communication skills to thousands of students both in the Corporate and Public arena.
