Part of "in-service training" for National Diploma:Worked in different departments to get exposure to all aspects of the company. This included working at the assembly of agricultural foot valves, cabling of VSD's and the assembly of manifolds. I also worked in the pump maintenance department where we tested and repaired all pumps from garden irrigation pumps to pumps used in the agricultural sector. We also went out to sites to service borehole pumps.

Student holidays:We had to install netting over the grapes and repair netting that was damaged by strong winds. Installed new poles and irrigation lines to a new development on the farm.

Student holidays:Worked during the winter holidays to prepare a new farm to produce table grapes. I managed a small team to plant poles and lay irrigation.

Student holidays:Managing a team of 60 people to prepare export table grapes for the upcoming harvest.

Student holidays:Managing a team of 20 people in the preparation of export table grapes for the upcoming harvest season. This included supervising the group, quality control and providing training to new employees.
