Current• Worked with AdOps team to optimize campaign performance based on several KPIs such as clickthrough rate (CTR), cost per action (CPA), video completion rate (VCR), etc. • Mitigating delivery issues for campaigns struggling to spend in full• Working with various data sets from multiple sources. For example, comparing Simpli.fi reporting to Google's DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and Google Analytics reporting utilizing various SQL queries to our database and Excel functions to help explain data discrepancies• Extensive work in Excel for data analysis and reporting for clients including various formulas, pivot tables, and occasionally VBA scripts • Identifying and communicating strategic initiatives to client services team such as incremental budget opportunities, fine-tuning target audiences, improving cost basis and ROAS (return on ad spend) for clients• Running and helping create Python scripts to help automate several optimization strategies• Documentation of processes and writing knowledge base articles in Confluence • Fielding service desk tickets in JIRA and Zendesk• De-bugging technical issues with site pixel placement and ad tags
