Afghanistan

-Managed and trained personnel on all standard operating procedures on the SOCOM compound including, daily operations and lockdown procedures for insider threats, Indirect fire (IDF), Suicide Vests, Complex attacks, Vehicle Borne Improvised Device (VBIED), and Improvise Explosive Device (IED).-Conducted physical security assessments of the integrity of each manned site location on the Special Mission Wing compound. Ensured that every site location maintained a hard target posture to safeguard all American and NATO personnel resulting in zero lives lost.-Conducted daily and weekly meetings with SOCOM leadership with the intention of integrating company and military policy for security threats.

Kabul

-Conducted scheduling of all security staff for a SOCOM installation-Integrated security personnel with the U.S. Army and SOCOM command in order to provide effective Guardian Angel duties within the PWS guidelines-Supervised the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC), along with all personnel within the confines of the camp in order to minimize risk of insider and exterior threats to the client.

Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

The Force Protection Operations Center (FPOC) Supervisor should supervise and coordinate staff security functions for their place of duties.Supervises daily activities of assigned staff to ensure efficiencies in compliance with corporate, government contractual and legal requirements.Disseminate Force Protection information to workforce; ensure personnel comply with all military OPSEC and Force Protection rules and regulations while on and off duty.Implements and ensures proper security procedures are followed in accordance with the military regulations, Torres AES policy and procedures and other applicable government regulations and directives.Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel along with assisting the Site Manager as required.Meets with security counterparts to facilitate the implementation of new security programs.Prepares, maintains and reports detailed records pertaining to control of classified matters, safes, keys, personnel clearance, badges, etcConsults to various levels of management on military and contractor security issues.Conducts inspections to review security procedures; conduct security education trainingSupervises and trains employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. The FPOC Supervises the duties of all Post Supervisors, Armed Security Guards and Unarmed Guards.Provides written & oral briefing information to senior management. The FPOC Supervisor articulates, with little guidance the security mission to site management and coordinate with the client and other government agencies to include host nation agencies. Implements and directs physical security postures and basic personal protection escorting missions.

Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

· Manned Force Protection Operations Center that was key in coordinating activities of 120 person armed guard force responsible for security of a U.S. Army base housing over 1500 NATO military and civilian personnel.· Provided armed manning at designated Entry Control Points and perimeter towers in order to prevent threats from entering facilities.· Conducted mobile patrols inside and outside of the perimeter of base to detect, deter, and defend against unauthorized entry of facilities.· Completed physical searches of military and civilian personnel entering/exiting facility utilizing handheld metal detectors, X-ray machines, and hands-on search techniques.· Operated various biometric systems/databases to process civilians entering the installation including BATS/HIDES, SEEK I & II, along with MOBS.
