I am principally a linguist and translator, competent and certified in English, Russian, Italian, and Spanish. In addition, I am working on my MA in Applied Linguistics, focused on an advanced approach to the sub-disciplines of linguistics through a pedagogical and acquisition-focused lens. My education goals have been directed toward graduate work and research in relevant topics, including cognitive linguistic approaches to syntax, semantics, and language acquisition.I am applying for the Army's Funded Legal Education Program (FLEP) for the '24-'25 cycle, hoping to start a career in advocating for Soldiers, advising commanders, and upholding the laws of war.
