I run a cross functional team of 30 employees that consists of painters, preppers, decalers and overall general assemblers. I focus on Defect reduction, setting schedules and work flow, working with suppliers to ensure paint and decals needed are available, people management, while also filling into positions due to absenteeism. I've assisted in the writing of Standard Work Instructions to help standardize work and reduce overall defects significantly in the department.

Was asked and accepted to fill in as an interim operations manager over the plant i currently work, while still serving in my current role of Paint Department supervisor until the operations manager position could be filled. I'm tasked with compiling and presenting key information to senior leadership daily, understanding reasons for past due conditions and supplying timely solutions, working with managers of materials and sister plant to ensure units are completed on time, Bringing solutions for customer issues and requests to sales, Tracking and delivering key KPI information pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and team member management.

Worked in pre clean and sanding bays where I cleaned and performed body work on units to ensure product was ready for paint. Did have a career break from sept 2012-jan 2016 while i was serving on Active duty in the US Army

Was in charge and accountable for 15 service members and their equipment. Was also responsible for coordinating supply drops that consisted of route recon, loadmaster training, and helping plan the movement of different supplies whether that was vehicles, ammunition, or expendable items.
