Production Manager
CurrentJob Summary: Managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, yields, output, and efficiency of production.Specific Job Duties Include:Draw up specific production schedules weekly to ensure customer requests are met.Ensure that all production is cost effective, efficient based on time, and of the utmost quality.Meet or exceed all quality requirements and standards.Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of production equipment.Work with and assist other individuals within the management team to implement the companies policies and goals.Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are met and followed.Supervise and motivate the production team as well as review worker performance and identify training needs.
