- Throughout this time at Bluegreen Corporation I have worked in the administrative department of the Lodge Alley Inn (Bluegreen’s branch office in Charleston, SC). My responsibilities in the contracts office have ranged from general customer service to closing as many as 20 real estate transactions a week. - My role as a closing agent plays a key part in the process of making the sale of the units that the Lodge Alley Inn has to offer. After gaining a rapport with the customer and confirming the sale, I must ensure that the contract documentation is prepared efficiently and accurately. This requires me to prepare the contract using our software and process the paperwork in a timely manner so the customer can then sign all of the legal documents. - I review the documents with the customer and secure all required signatures. Throughout the closing I reinforce the sale with a positive and enthusiastic presentation and answer any questions or concerns in a confident and competent manner. - My work at Bluegreen Resorts in the past year has included the closing of over $700,000 in real estate transactions, providing customer service to approximately 2,500 customers/owners, supervising the office during weekend hours (when it’s the busiest), and amicably working with sixteen other employees and management. -I have consistently received positive reviews regarding my job performance.

Management and Sales regarding four annual conventions managed by AHI Meeting Services.As a part time employee I am given annual targets ranging from $250,000 to $400,000 (increased annually) in annual sales of convention exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities regarding conventions in the transportation, education and wireless infrastructure industries. As well, I work on site during the national conventions throughout the United States and Canada to assist in the supervision and management of various social and educational events.My annual sales targets have been met or exceeded 94% of the time since 2008.
