Coordinate all aspects of the CMS GUIDE program, to ensure compliance with all program requirements. Serve as primary point person with CMS on all data submission and data analytics. Analyze beneficiary data, Family Care Navigator activity, and financial data to ensure compliance, program optimization and adherence to performance targets. Support and ensure execution of all CMS GUIDE Family Care Navigator team responsibilities, delivering all required caregiver support elements to GUIDE beneficiaries.

As a going on 4 year educator, I currently develop and implement science curriculum that incorporates public health topics, such as epidemiology, disease prevention, and health promotion. I evaluate students' written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing the ability to convey complex scientific and public health concepts to diverse audiences. I facilitate hands-on workshops, seminars, and online webinars to equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in teaching AP Science. Lastly, I lead Gender-Sexuality Alliance (GSA) for queer-identifying students that provides a safe space for advocacy, education, and leadership opportunities.

Working with the Center for Wellness Promotion on my undergraduate university campus, I collaborated with the college's health and wellness department to design and implement comprehensive sexual health and interpersonal violence prevention programs. I conducted educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics related to sexual health, consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, and the prevention of interpersonal violence. Lastly, I collaborated with campus organizations and student groups to organize events and awareness campaigns that address sexual health and interpersonal violence prevention, fostering a culture of respect and consent.

As a undergraduate research assistant, I aided in conducting literature reviews and research to identify current best practices, evidence-based approaches, and emerging trends in sexual health education. I designed and administered surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather data on students' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to sexual health. Lastly, I coordinated and facilitated peer-led workshops and outreach events on campus, covering a wide range of topics, including consent, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and healthy communication.

Assisted in data collection through online surveys that researched the behaviors, risk factors, and stigma that has contributed to the development of HIV in African American women in the southeast of the United States. Aided in the transcription of focus groups.

Developed a comprehensive resource manual for HIV medical case management outlining resources available for low-income clients. Participated in various community events.
