I am currently owner and executive at NuSolar Ltd. I have the privilege to work in the industry of renewable energy & sustainability; my goal is to promote & provide sustainable solutions, with a major focus on energy. First identifying ways to reduce energy consumption, then implementing renewable energy systems to offset the remainder. Mainly my time is spent developing, designing, constructing and maintaining solar PV projects/installations. I also install energy monitoring systems, measure the data, find opportunities to reduce consumption and implement those upgrades. In addition to Solar PV, energy management/measurement & auditing, and electrical services; I have expertise in areas of building science, passive house construction, high efficiency heating and cooling systems, high efficiency lighting systems, heat recovery systems, energy management and overall building efficiency. I am always willing to offer and receive insight on areas of efficiency and strategic planning, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a project of your own or are just generally interested. From my time at NAIT studying Alternative Energy Technology, I have become equipped with the technical, social, and economic understanding to provide growth sustainability. The program taught me environmentally responsible ways of incorporating the proper integration and application of: Solar PV (off grid and on grid), Solar Thermal, Geothermal, Biofuels, Micro-Hydro, Wind, Solar Thermal, Fuel Cells, and Biomass Energy Systems. With my Alternative Energy technology Diploma I plan to influence generations to gain a better comprehension of energy. I am dedicated to improve the sustainability and health for people and all life on earth.
