Created a General Purpose Diagnostic Logging Tool, using Visual Studio and C#, for the use of Meijer support and development resources (on track to be fully implemented). Created a Windows .ini file comparison tool for development resources (already being used). Gave a full presentation of the projects to the I.T.S. department, along with company executives.

Responsible for distributing EDI documents to national and international locations through a remote IBM i5 system. Set up new computers for company use, including software installation and updates, and prepped for shipping to international locations. record keeping and data entry of company property. Assisted in website renovations, and repaired barcode printers.
