I have a passion for creating a positive and rewarding employee experience. It is because of this passion that I received my Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology. We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, and often times that experience is not a positive one. Everyday I use my skills and experiences in process design and improvement, data analytics, communication, and many others in order to enhance not only business procedures, but the employee experience as well. In pursuit of this passion, I have spent time building employee recognition programs, crafting clear and widely available communications such as Confluence pages and newsletters, and collecting feedback from stakeholders. After all, research shows that happy and engaged workforces tend to be the most productive. I find personal satisfaction in knowing that I have helped improve the employee experience at a variety of organizations by making their lives easier, more fulfilling, and more productive.Finally, I have a track record of success in conducting business requirements analysis to recognize areas for improvements and implement solutions to obtain optimal business results. I leverage communication skills to interact with customers, cultivate a strong rapport with internal and external clients, and share recommendations to all management levels through meetings and comprehensive presentations. I have a proven ability to provide training, coaching, and leadership to team members to consistently meet business needs, and would love the opportunity to bring my skills to your team!
