I am currently a second-year business finance major at WWU, hoping to continue my education at Griffith University, Australia, after obtaining my Bachelor's. Before transferring to WWU, I studied biotechnology and worked as a lab technician at Montana State University for a year. While working in the lab, precision and accuracy are two very important skills I have had to perfect in order to perform tasks at hand. I also worked as a line cook/ prep cook/ and performed usual kitchen duties working at Jimmy's Pizza and Pasta for 3 years. This experience gave me crucial communication and collaboration skills to work in highly stressful environments effectively. Outside of work, I have played lacrosse for 14 years, currently a part of a men's organization competing at a highly skilled level, teaching me the importance of leadership and listening with the intent to learn.
