I graduated from University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Information Management and Marketing.What draws me to data-driven solutions is an infatuation with how increasingly technologically integrated our world is. Since I was in middle school, computer hardware, software, and "looking under the hood" has been a passion of mine. This passion was bolstered when I solely developed a website module for ServiceLogix in their employee portal during my internship. Looking at the inner workings of how information travels from a database to a website was a fantastic insight I would love to continue to explore. Whether it's building a computer or trying to tweak software to fit my needs better, my interests lie in being a computer nerd both professionally and personally. Communication and soft skills, to me, are just as important and exciting as any technical abilities I have picked up along the way. My time in customer service has taught me just how rewarding interacting and meeting the needs of customers can be. Turning a bad situation into a mutually beneficial interaction is a great strength I learned when working as a concierge in Boulder. I also learned how to sell rooms and be extremely flexible in what was asked of me to meet the needs of the customers. Establishing a relationship with every guest as they walked in the door was something I took pride in. Starting with a smile, I would make them feel welcome and like they had a friend in Boulder for anything they might need in terms of information, recommendations, or solutions to whatever other problems may arise in during their stay.Other random facts about me:I love camping, making music, snowboarding, and I’m left-handed.
