About Bryan Cole

I am a bilingual (Spanish), achievement-oriented, team and culture guru, operational executor, professor, and coach. I am passionate about training and developing people and teams, creating a culture grounded in inclusivity and mutual curiosity, respect, invitation, and challenge. I also attempt (and more times than not succeed thankfully), at being a foodie and at-home-chef. Growing up abroad in Ecuador since the age of 5 granted me a unique and impactful experience. Attending college and grad school in the US defined and refined my skillset and passions, and landed me back in the country I grew up in and love for the last 8 years of professional experience, where I led, directed, and spearheaded the growth and accreditation of an emerging study abroad program. I finished my EdD in Organizational Change & Leadership while working abroad, and defended my dissertation measuring statistically significant change in student openness to diversity. Moving back to the US has been a challenge and opportunity to adapt, and I am excited to pursue new opportunities in bridging ops, learning and development, and team management with my experience in higher education. At the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), I led the project that brought the role of Community Health Worker (CHW) to the forefront for successful public health initiatives and placing 200+ statewide. As COO for Bundle Birth, I had the opportunity to join the team in educating and supporting birthing people, their families, and L&D nurses in our attempt to curb the maternal morbidity crisis and increase safe and healthy births and birth memories. Most recently, as Senior Director of Programs at the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, I embed networking, collaboration, and business-centric initiatives for our 700+ members in the most iconic city in the world.I have an unequaled drive for using my relational equity and operational executional prowess, 14+ years of people ops, cross-functional team culture and development, coupled with a passion and investment in bringing out the best in every student, person, and team!
