I worked on teams including sponsorship (finding and negotiating sponsorship as well as matching brands to events), vendor relations (securing materials for events), venues (securing and negotiating locations for events) and customer service. On site I worked primarily with VIP experience, maintaining and managing VIP areas and morale while handling any crises that arose.

This position included the production of a weekly newsletter with a large readership, the enactment of several media relations tactics, and interaction with the community. While completing weekly tasks, including the newsletter and general photography, I was hired on to promote a 1:1 food assistance matching program.
