Cole is actively involved in all stages of litigation, including serving as lead and local trial counsel, taking and defending depositions, drafting pre-trial and post-trial briefings, successfully arguing during pre-trial hearings, and negotiating settlement agreements on his client’s behalf. He has served as lead trial counsel and local trial counsel on behalf of large and small businesses as well as individuals.Cole is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and in all federal courts in both states. He has also handled appeals in Arkansas and Texas appellate courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
