He has been involved as a facilitator and subject matter expert in the design and development of this international initiative. He has more than 40 years’ experience in the retail and wholesale areas of the transportation business — from Lot Attendant, ASE Certified Service Technician through the ranks to COO of Multiple Dealership Franchises & Locations responsible for all day-to-day operations with P&L accountability.Coley has an undergraduate and postgraduate degree from Duke University.This extensive experience has allowed Coley to be instrumental in assisting both OEM’s and dealers to improve their overall performance in virtually all areas of marketing, sales, service, parts and customer satisfaction.With offices in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Charlotte, NC and Fountain Valley, California, ES3 has extensive in-house capabilities including creative design, media production, digital / web programming and development, project management and strategic planning and consulting.
