I am a driven individual with varied experiences. My education includes a B.S. degree in Microbiology and a B.S. degree in Biology with minors in Biotechnology and Philosophy. Most recently my focus has been in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. I am Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained. Pursuing process improvement projects where I can; I most recently pursued a 11% reduction in process waste. As a technician in aseptic manufacturing operations I have had 0 quality issues in my work, a testament to my commitment to right-first-time. I have been repeatedly ranked as a top performer by my managers. My skills include: cGMP processing using right-first-time aseptic technique, cGLP, SOP adherence, cell culture (mammalian and bacterial), media formulation, media filtration, SAP, review and evaluation of test results, batch record review, superb technical communication (including public speaking), project management, analytical skills, and system troubleshooting.
