Responsibilities include management operations, resourcing, production, planning and purchasing in addition to site management, estimating / surveying & contract negotiation. • Initiated and led the rapid upskilling and resourcing for the Polish factory, while also developing new Poland suppliers removing systemic bottlenecks while improving capacity and reducing input cost• Developed a timely, relevant reporting system for Poland that maintained compliance with legal requirements while providing management information to a detail that enabled informed decision making and promoted market economics while highlighting competitive improvements.• Improved capacity and lead times as well as dramatically reducing manufacturing time and expense while establishing new wage structures in Poland Factory that counteract the effect of systemic wage inflation and maintain unit labour rates, a particular challenge in such a highly regulated labour environment.• Championed the introduction of a UK training and development facility, training dry liners in the fundamentals of GRG installation, effectively promoting Gillespie products from the ground up while also maintaining competition among installers.• Successfully managed signature supply and installation projects such as Bournemouth University Drawing Studio Project for Sir Peter Cooke and Science Museum New Mathematics Gallery for Zaha Hadid Architects

Project Managed on site and trouble shooting as required, including directing multiple teams of designers, estimators, fabricators and installers to deliver prestigious and lucrative contracts such as;Fashion City Dublin - €6 million | Cork Airport Terminal - €1.8 million | The Park Retail Centre - €4.2 million | IAWS Cavan - €3.8 million | Northern Cross Business Park- €7 million• Achieved a turnover of €8 million per annum within 4 years of inception and developed the business into a top three company in the building envelope sector. This was achieved by creating robust teams through facilitating and encouraging staff personal development, identifying talent and rewarding innovation and loyalty. • Specialising in Agri-Food Sector and developed preferred contractor status for two major agri-food Conglomerates and in all sectors created personal relationships with stakeholders resulting in repeat business with developers and end users, thereby reducing contractual risk and improving margins. • Championed the concept of envelope contractors and offered a package solution for clients which removed typical items of conflict from the build and enhanced margins.
