Since leaving the paint industry back in 2018 I have tried a few new careers. I obtained all my Taxi Licenses and ran a business for a year. I then did my NVQ level 2 and care certificate in social care and was a key worker specialising in the care of patients suffering Epilepsy, anxiety and depression. I then decided I wanted to achieve a life long ambition of becoming a Barber so I attended the Mike Taylor academy in Poole and successfully achieved an NVQ level 2 in Barbering and wet shaving and have secured a position in this industry which I will start the next chapter of my career ladder in April or as soon as lock down is lifted. I now have many career paths I could go down and that includes the paint industry where I spent many happy years so perspective employers please reach out to me.
