Various roles covering the scope of Transition and Transformation Programme Manager. Engagement for Planning and costing within the bid cycle of Pursuit activities. For successful pursuits to then perform the delivery implementation role and manage elements of the Transition and Transformation programme for the new client. Successfully won pursuits from $35M TCV to $250M TCV and delivered through to ‘Business as Usual’ teams. Projects have covered Desktop refresh, Server migration, DC Migration, SAP migration and re-Platform, AS400, Windows, RHEL, Knowledge Transfer, and Service Transition. Management of the end to end process of the delivery of client requested changes to the Network & Communications element of the DII(f) Programme.Built a team of 20 Staff capable of handling an average of 40 new changes per month which constituted a revenue to HP in excess of £1M per month.

Secured multiple contract extensions with EDS covering a 3 year period.

Managed Bids and implementation of SharpOWL PSA software to Multiple client installations including Experian.

Completed Projects covering install of ERP software to several Panacea Clients including Carluccio’s and Games Workshop.

Managed the Design Office function within PRI, PRI placed contracts into Taiwan for Tool Manufacture and to India for Moulded Part Production on my recommendation.

Provided Planning Services to the Project Management Department - created various utilities in Artemis 7000 for transferring data from Microsoft Project and sending Planning data Into Financial Systems.

Joined British Aerospace in 1979 as a Technician Apprentice. I held positions of Production Planning Engineer, Project Management Administrator, Training Instructor, Software Design Engineer and Systems Leader. Within these roles I travelled to Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Spain. I developed and presented Training courses for Project Management Techniques and Systems.
