I recently graduated from an IT Technician Traineeship specialising in troubleshooting hardware and software issues through a series of courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, practical work and official certifications. Having worked in highly regulated and sensitive public and private sector environments, I understand some of the challenges involved with data security and privacy. I am personable, self-motivated and self-organising,but I also work well in a team environment.
