In 2017, I was recruited to turnaround low employee and stakeholder morale within a start-up primarily dedicated to serving as a courier service for Amazon. With as many as 19 direct reports and 205 indirect reports, including office personnel, warehouse employees, business partners, and drivers, I implemented a strategic operational scalability model to accommodate Amazon's rapid e-commerce growth.Through my leadership, my operations teams successfully upheld a near-zero attrition rate, overcoming historical challenges of disloyalty and workplace dissatisfaction, establishing much-needed structure, discipline, and accountability. This effort earned the trust, appreciation, and ongoing commitment from Intelcom's leadership, customers, and key stakeholders.During my tenure, I implemented a business model consistently achieved 200% operational scalability during Amazon's Prime Days and Peak Season, contributing to impressive monthly revenue growth. From September 2017 to May 2020, we experienced a substantial increase from $452,000 to a record-breaking $1.8 million in monthly Amazon revenues. The station was positioned for further growth, projected to reach $2.5 million by December 2020.Additionally, my teams produced impressive financial metrics, with a monthly average gross margin of 35% and a high of 22% EBIT. I prioritized customer satisfaction by consistently delivering on-time, achieving a three-year average of better than 99.5% Expected Delivery Date (EDD) metrics for Amazon.
