My 25 years of leadership brings expertise in creative solutions, relationship cultivation, strategic planning, financial management, succession planning, fund development and program development. I have managed budgets as large as $34M. I have managed up to 35 employees in multiple states. I am self-motivated, passionate, intelligent and organized. I am excited to put my skills to use in an agency that is looking to grow and increase their visibility in the community. I value inclusion, diversity and equity and I have hired a team that reflects those values. I have worked for volunteer Boards and I have recruited new Directors to increase representation for women and people of color.I am looking forward to working with a team of like minded individuals who want to make a difference in the world and want to find ways to make it better.
